But don’t worry; ordering with Livi Lulu Press is simple. If you are interested in placing an order, simply contact us with the following information:
- Product or service you are interested in. (For Ex: Logo, Press Kit)
- Name and brief description of your business, with website address if applicable
- Your time table (For Ex: 2 days, 1 month)
You can expect a timely response from the team at Livi Lulu Press, because we value top-notch customer service just as we value fabulous design. In our response, we will offer you a few different options so that you can make the right choice for you and for your budget. We will also ask you a few questions to help us determine the direction of your design.
Billing:
Livi Lulu Press requires that all design work be paid for in advance. The Billing Department will contact you with a quote for the requested services. If you find the quote acceptable and wish to contract with Livi Lulu Press, we will take your billing information and ask you to send us an email confirming that you authorize the charge. Once payment clears, the Design Team will begin work on your project. For your convenience, Livi Lulu Press accepts MasterCard, Visa and Paypal payments. Please note that all credit card statements will indicate a charge by our umbrella agency Livi Lulu, not Livi Lulu Press.
